Founded by William M. Bogans II, SMO Africa grew from personal travels and a belief: the places draw you in, but the people stay with you.
We bring together beautiful accommodations, remarkable tables, cultural encounters and time to enjoy where you are. We work directly with accommodation providers, guides and experience partners to shape journeys that feel personal from the first welcome to the final farewell.
Our signature hosted journeys welcome up to 12 guests, giving us room for attentive hosting, unhurried conversations and meaningful connection.
Our first signature journey, South Africa, Personally™, introduces Johannesburg, Pilanesberg and Cape Town across eleven thoughtfully arranged days. Future journeys to Namibia, Zimbabwe and Tanzania are in development, shaped by relationships we are continuing to build upon.
